Thank you for visiting my blog.

Life is made of moments, memories, family, friends. We move fast, but we don’t have to stop sharing. We cook for loved ones; We come together during special times – good or bad.  Take time to cook, eat, drink and share. Life can be enjoyed. Maybe something good may come out of this old human, necessary habit: Cooking good food.

A note about the frequency of my blog posts, I started posting about my cooking and favorite restaurants in 2013. I started with a higher frequency as I wanted to understand the concept of posting balance in terms of my life and my readers. I came to the conclusion that one to two posts per quarter may be the best option for me and you. Nowadays we get too many emails and I wanted to make sure my content was a welcome note in your Inbox. All this is to say that I am being thoughtful about the amount of content I’d like to deliver and hopefully this helps you when making the decision to follow this blog and get my recipes and occasional restaurant reviews.
